1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver within India. For bulk orders or outstation deliveries, shipping charges may vary.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Customized orders (such as embroidery or tailoring) may take additional time depending on the work required.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges will be applied based on the delivery location, weight, and size of the package. Any special delivery requests may incur additional costs.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery within 5–7 working days for most locations. Remote areas may take longer. Delays caused by courier partners, holidays, or natural events are beyond our control.
5. Tracking Orders
Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details (if applicable) to monitor their shipment.
6. Receipt of Goods
Customers are requested to check the condition of the package at the time of delivery. Any visible damages should be reported immediately.
7. Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
8. In-Store Pickup
Customers can also choose to collect their orders directly from our store at Nellore after confirmation.
