At PCK Online Store, we are committed to providing high-quality fabrics, sarees, blouse materials, and tailoring supplies. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for eligible products that meet the following conditions:

The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be intact.

The product must not show any signs of use, alteration, damage, or tampering by the customer.
PCK Online Store reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:

Cut fabrics or fabrics customized to customer requirements

Blouse pieces

Customized stitching, tailoring, embroidery, or alteration services

Made-to-order products

Discounted, clearance, promotional, or sale items

Gift cards
Since many of our products are cut, customized, or prepared specifically for customer orders, these items cannot be resold and therefore are excluded from returns.
3. Return Request Procedure
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer support team.

Clear photographs and 360 degree video of the product
Step 2: Return Approval
Our team will review your request and confirm whether the product qualifies for return.
Step 3: Return Shipment
Once approved, the customer must return the product to our designated address.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid loss during transit.
4. Inspection & Approval
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Approve a partial refund (if applicable)

Reject the return if the product does not meet return eligibility requirements
The final decision regarding return approval shall rest with PCK Online Store.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product has been received and approved after inspection:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.
Shipping charges, handling fees, and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to stock availability.
Exchange conditions:

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We take utmost care while packing and shipping orders. However, if you receive:

To process your claim, kindly provide:

After verification, we will arrange a suitable replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before processing, cutting, customization, tailoring, embroidery, or dispatch.
Once an order enters production, customization, or shipping, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
9. Limitation of Liability
PCK Online Store shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by courier partners

Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, washing, or alteration after delivery

Minor variations in color, texture, weave, or appearance due to photography, screen settings, or handcrafted manufacturing processes
