1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship orders across India.

For bulk orders, wholesale purchases, or special delivery requests, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the order size, weight, destination, and courier availability.


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

  • Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Customized orders, including tailoring, embroidery, alterations, or made-to-order products, may require additional processing time.

  • Processing times may vary during festivals, promotional periods, or high-order volumes.

Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays in processing their orders.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Order value

  • Courier partner rates

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Additional charges may apply for express shipping, bulk shipments, or special delivery requirements.


4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of their shipment.


6. Delivery Inspection

We recommend inspecting the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:

  • Take photographs and 360 degree video immediately.

  • Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Failure to report delivery-related issues within the specified timeframe may affect claim eligibility.


7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Any re-shipping or re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

PCK Online Store shall not be responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
